Apple's WWDC 2026 Set for June 8-12 with Online and In-Person Events

Apple has officially revealed that its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will be held online from June 8-12, 2026. This event will connect developers globally for a week filled with exploration and innovation.

In addition to the online format, a special in-person gathering will take place at Apple Park on June 8, allowing developers and students to celebrate together.

WWDC26 will highlight significant updates across Apple platforms, including new software and developer tools. Attendees will have the chance to engage directly with Apple engineers and designers, gaining insights into the latest advancements.

The conference will commence with the Keynote and Platforms State of the Union on Monday, June 8, followed by a week of over 100 video sessions and interactive labs. These sessions will be accessible via the Apple Developer app, website, and YouTube channel, as well as on bilibili in China.

Susan Prescott, Apple’s VP of Worldwide Developer Relations, expressed excitement about the event, stating, “WWDC is one of the most exciting times for us at Apple because it’s a chance for our incredible global developer community to come together for an electrifying week.”

The in-person event will feature opportunities to watch the Keynote, meet Apple engineers, and participate in special labs. Space is limited, and details for attendance requests will be available on the Apple Developer website.

Apple is also committed to supporting student developers through the Swift Student Challenge. Winners will be announced on March 26 and will have the chance to attend the event at Apple Park. Additionally, 50 Distinguished Winners will be recognized for their exceptional submissions.

Further information about the conference will be shared through the Apple Developer app, website, and YouTube channel, with updates available on LinkedIn, WeChat, and bilibili in China.
